Fifteenth International Christmas Charity Bazaar, organized by the International Women's Association of Vilnius, raised 92,902 euros. 69,196 euros were raised during the December 2nd Bazaar in Vilnius, where visitors could discover original gifts and souvenirs from more than 30 countries and international schools and 23,712 euros were collected from cash sponsors such as Kazickas Family Foundation.
During the December 14th Handover Ceremony checks will be distributed among 10 carefully selected beneficiaries:
1 Visaginas Children Support centre – Lift
2 Vilnius Ciauskutis Special Nursery and Kindergarten – “Path of Music” outdoor playground
3 Mariampole Suvalkijos Socialines Globos Namai – Multi sensory room
4 Vilnius Children and youth day center “Musu Nameliai” – Premises maintenance
5 Vilnius Lithuanian autism association “Rain Children” – Educational tools & sensory integration equipment
6 Vilnius Crisis Pregnancy Center – Storage boxes
7 Alizava Kupiškio r. Alizavos pagrindinė mokykla – New floor, adjustable desks, chairs, poufs etc.
8 Siauliai Center for Palliative care and Nursing – Disabled transport vehicle
9 Vilnius “Aidas” Center – Outdoor play- and sport ground
10 Klaipeda City Care Home – Nursing beds, mattresses, wheelchairs
