The AC, formerly Across Cultures, Women's Empowerment program sponsored by the Kazickas Family Foundation is seeking delegates to represent Lithuania in two separate programs: Women Deliver's 4th Global Conference 16-19 May 2016 in Copenhagen Denmark and Global Summit of Women: 'Women - Building an Inclusive Economy in a Digital Age', 9-11 June 2016 in Warsaw Poland.
AC has implemented programs for women, youth, industry experts, and government officials since 2004 with the support of the Kazickas Family Foundation, the U.S. Department of State, Microsoft Lithuania, UPS Lithuania and AMCHAM Lithuania. AC involves, educates and inspires individuals to be socially responsible leaders with a global perspective and is an International Partner of the Global Summit of Women.
AC extends an invitation to participate and represent Lithuania in the 2016 Women's Empowerment Program with an opportunity to attend either:
1. Women Deliver’s 4th Global Conference, 16-19 May 2016 in Copenhagen Denmark. The largest gathering on girls’ and women’s health and rights in the last decade and one of the first major global conferences following the launch of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
2. Global Summit of Women: 'Women - Building an Inclusive Economy in a Digital Age', 9-11 June 2016 in Warsaw Poland. Join 1,000 women leaders in business and government from around the globe at the leading forum for women impacting the global economy since 1990.
Participants may include government leaders, CEO's, business leaders, NGO representatives, entrepreneurs, students, educators, and journalists. Written and oral fluency in English is required, delegates must display leadership characteristics, and be capable of adapting to different cultures and situations.
