ASSIST team, providing scholarships for Lithuania's secondary school students for their 11th grade studies in the United States since the 1992, selected students for 2017-2018 school year. The Kazickas Family Foundation supports three students.
Two young men and four young ladies will be Lithuanian Youth Ambassadors at many different corners of the US during school year 2017-2018, from Indian Springs School in Alabama to Wayland Academy in Wisconsin, from Webb School in Tennessee to The Gunnery in Connecticut, as well Salem Academy in North Carolina and Darlington School in Georgia.
It is exciting to see that candidates for ASSIST program 2017-2018 school year came not just from the elite Lithuanian high schools, but also from less known small schools in more remote regions. ASSIST and the Kazickas Family Foundation try to reach young leaders in all parts of Lithuania.
Friday, June 9th, during their visit to Lithuania, eleven Kazickas Family members will meet 2017-2018 ASSIST students, their families and some ASSIST alumns at the Kazickas Family Residence in Vilnius.
