During the All Saints' Day Kazickas family and A. Kazickas Lithuanian school members paid their respect to Dr. Joseph Kazickas, his wife Alexandra and their son Alexander with a visit to East Hampton cemetery where they are laid to rest.
All Saints' Day in Lithuania is a day of solemnity, a day to remember the loved ones in our thoughts and prayers. People gather at the cemeteries with flowers and candles to honor the ones that passed away.
Lithuanian traditions were extremely important to Dr. Joseph Kazickas and his wife. A. Kazickas Lithuanian School members together with Kazickas family continued this tradition and gathered to pay their respect on this beautiful November morning. Three weeks later the flowers were still blooming, symbolizing the eternal love.
