What a great result of Peter Kazickas and Annalina Kazickas trip to Lithuania in January-February of 2017! The KFF sponsored social Responsibility Program Basketball Power adds on Robotics to its curriculum. First two teams participated in Robotiada event in Vilnius, Lithuania, March 24-25.
The first two KFF grantee program “Basketball Power” Robotics teams “Robotgalviai” (Day Center "Tekme" in Ariogala) and “Kryziuociai”("Kryziaus Namai" in Vilnius) were among 151 teams in ROBOTIADA (Siemens Arena, Vilnius, Lithuania), a Festival of Technology, uniting academic and business developers, organized by Academy of Robotics of Lithuania. Two day festival included 141 robots, 20+ workshops, 20+ lecturers and 4,000 visitors.
Two “Basketball Power” teams received computers, robots and Lego fields with the Kazickas Family foundation's help and were preparing for this event for days (and few nights). They wore Team t-shirts designed by Peter Kazickas, and proudly represented the Basketball Power.
