Bring Together Lithuania 2020

Even though the pandemic forced many to change their summer plans, Bring Together Lithuania program, powered by the Kazickas Family Foundation, is still on. It provides Lithuanian diaspora youth with opportunities to acquire professional skills, meet global Lithuanians and explore modern Lithuania during their 6 week stay in summer.
Some students postponed their summer internship plans till 2021, others are doing them virtually, while few residing in Europe are successfully enjoying their experience in Lithuania together with the students from other exchange programs.
On July 14th they visited the Kazickas family residence in Vilnius where they were introduced to the Kazickas family story, legacy and the purpose of the Kazickas Family Foundation. Lithuanian diaspora students were inspired by their strong sense of family and their Lithuanian heritage.
The Kazickas Family Foundation Vilnius office director Agne Vertelkaite and "Youth Can" program manager Arminas Vareika wished students to dream the impossible and make the most of their stay in Lithuania. They are looking forward to seeing what experiences Lithuanian diaspora youth will bring back to Lithuanian communities all around the world.
