If you are in Vilnius, on December 3rd, please come visit the 14th International Christmas Charity Bazaar, organized by the International Women's Association of Vilnius and supported by KFF. As every year, all collected funds will be distributed among ten carefully selected recipients.
The organizers of the Christmas Bazaar are volunteers, who believe that all money collected on the day of the Bazaar go directly to the beneficiaries.
At the Bazaar you'll discover original gifts and souvenirs from more than 30 countries and international schools. Visitors will get a chance to participate in the Lottery to win wonderful prizes and are welcome to visit our International Food Court in the Town Hall Square.
The Bazaar will be officially opened by Mrs Alma Adamkienė, Honorary Ambassador and Mrs Janina Butkevičienė, Patron of the event. Ladies’ choir Viva: gold medallist of The World Choir Games 2014 and The International Choir Competition Canco Mediterrania 2016 will perform. Other performances will include Lithuanian Police Ensemble, Georgian dancing and singing group Sakartvelo, Japanese Kabuki dancer Takamasa Fujima, Chinese performer Lyo Yanan – guzheng player, Russian Folk Ensemble “Arinushka”.
The Beneficiaries of all collected funds during the Bazaar this year are: Raseiniai Special School, PI Raseiniai Day Center "Vilties Takas," Vilijampole Social Care Home, Visaginas Social Service Center, PI Crisis Intervention Center, Alanta Care Home for the Elderly in Moletai District, Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kauno Klinikos, PI Tautmiles Care, PI Mother Teresa Family Home, Charity and Sponsorship Fund "Vilties Centras."
