On this Thanksgiving Day of 2017, all of us at the Kazickas Family Foundation would like to thank all of you who have been working hard to make this world a better, safer and more caring place for the children all around the world.
We are privileged to be able to work together with the most wonderful people of the U.S., Zimbabwe and Lithuania in the two social responsibility programs for the youth, Hoops 4 Hope and Basketball Power!
ZIMBABWE!
The place where Hoops 4 Hope began 22 years ago. Peter Kazickas adapted this model and started the Basketball Power in Lithuania!
After 4 successful years, it's time to see where it all started in Africa. Our coaches Lukas Danilevicius, Arturas Serzantas and Arminas Vareikia before arriving in Zimbabwe, also visited the NBA office in London, where they had a unique opportunity to see NBA work up close!
After 29 hours travel VILNIUS - LONDON - ETHIOPIA - our coaches arrived in ZIMBABWE!
The director of H4H Ngoni Mukukula welcomed Lithuanians and was excited to learn that a program similar to Hoops4Hope and named Basketball Power was established Lithuania!
