Please help Lithuania’s Youth to reach for their dreams by dedicating your 2% tax contribution to one of KFF programs - YOUTH CAN or ASSIST. Please use this opportunity provided by the Lithuanian Government to benefit Lithuania’s Youth at no additional cost for you. 100% of your contribution will go directly to benefit programs’ Youth.
This opportunity is made available by the Lithuanian Government and is only for the taxpayers in Lithuania.
How To:
- 2% tax contribution must be made while declaring your taxes for the year 2018.
- Tax form (FR0512 v.4) can be filled out at deklaravimas.vmi.lt or in person at the nearest tax center.
- Please specify the name of the program (YOUTH CAN or ASSIST) in tax form section E3.
- If you choose YOUTH CAN, you have an option to choose one of 16 program’s centers.
- Deadline – April 30, 2019.
