The Kazickas Family Sacred Music Hours concerts continue sharing beautiful music with Vilnius residents and guests at the St. Casimir church. Four more concerts are left this season. Tonight, August 24th, one of the most famous organists, Bernhard Gfrerer from Austria, will perform interpretations of R. Wagner, W. A. Mozart, E. Grieg, H. Mulet and others at 7 pm.
On Thursday, August 26th, at 7 pm oboe players Robertas Beinaris and Laurynas Beinaris will perform together with organist Gediminas Kviklys. The trio will stand out for their ability to completely immerse themselves in the pleasure of playing music of A. Vivaldi, D. Buxtehude, B. W. Sanders and others and infect everyone listening to them.
Following Tuesday, August 31st, at 7 pm well known organ player Roman Perucki will play with his wife and stage partner violinist Maria Perucka. The family duo from Poland will share works of J. S. Bach, Z. Kruczek, D. M. Gronau, A. Vivaldi and others.
On Sunday, September 5th, at 7 pm the organist from the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican Juan Paradell Solé will close the Sacred Music Hours cycle with the music of J. S. Bach, A. Vivaldi, C. Franck, E. Bossi, L. Vierne at St. Casimir church in Vilnius.
All concerts are free and open to the public.
