Coach Arminas’ practice at the “Basketball Power” program, was visited by program's initiator Peter Kazickas, his sister Annalina Kazickas, KFF New York office director Neila Baumiliene and a team of “Kazkur Matyti" (Somewhere Seen) who are becoming a part of the program.
Hats Off to the Basketball Club/Community "Kažkur Matyti" for believing in the youth pushed in the outskirts of the society. For caring. For making themselves available to come to play a friendly game with Lentvaris "Basketball Power" team. For making the spectators cry and laugh at the grace of their goofy game, at the warmth of their hearts ! For vigilance "to lose" the last pass to the smallest player so he could score the winning points and feel like an Olympian. For praising, encouraging and empowering the boys sitting in the stairwell who most possibly could count honest conversations with male adults on the fingers of their one hand.
