During their trips to Lithuania, the Kazickas family members find time to visit KFF's dedicated partners to express their gratitude for all the work they do. During their latest trip in January, Jurate and John Kazickas visited few organizations that contribute to 'Youth Can" program, ran by KFF.
Together with "Youth Can" manager Arminas Vareika, Jurate and John Kazickas stopped by at the Sportpoint that has been constantly searching for ways to help children growing up in small towns, whether it’s providing them with sports attire, the sneakers they’ve been dreaming about, educational tours of the store or even internships with the company. They also visited the latest partner Decathlon Lietuva to thank for the commitment to Lithuania's youth, as well as BC Lietuvos Rytas that has been working with "Youth Can" for over 5 years.
Partnership with Vilnius Marathon grew out of Jurate encouraging boys and girls to run few years ago. It doesn't require special expensive equipment, you don't have to build a team, just get out and run! This initiative has been successfully growing, program's students have been participating in various runs in their local towns, as well as major Vilnius Marathon events. Jurate Kazickas personally thanked Vilnius Marathon for all the work they do.
