August 15th concert in memory of Alexandra and Juozas Kazickas at the st. Casimir church in Vilnius was one of a series of Sacred Music Hours Summer concerts. Jurate Kazickas shares her gratitude to all the wonderful people that helped to make it happen:
This was truly one of the most beautiful concerts performed in memory of our beloved parents. Thank you Maestro Leopold Digrys and Renata Lesieur for your thrilling organ music; Justina Auskelyte for your sensitive and lovely violin playing; Asta Kriksciunaite for your sweet soprano voice; and most especially, thank you, to the actor Sakalas Uzdavinys. You brought to life the words Tevelis wrote from his heart and made them soar to the heavens, reminding us of the power of love. I think we are all richer in spirit because all of you gave so generously of your talents on this special occasion. Aciu a million times.
