"Youth Can" Coach Training

Youth Can" program, initiated and sponsored by the Kazickas Family Foundation, invited program's coaches to a two day seminar. Investing in teachers, coaches, role models for boys and girls is a key element changing their lives.
Program coordinators presented the 2019-2020 season plan for the year ahead, 8 champion tools and their importance to the program. Lecturers from the Lithuanian Children and Youth Center presented the concept of non-formal education, classification of competences and their importance to the educational process. They also introduced various methods and their use in reaching educational goals.
