The very first Youth Can Summer Camp was a big success! An opportunity for 34 program's boys and girls to spend a fun, creative, productive, bonding, and unforgettable week together is a product of many generous, creative, and hard working individuals.
Summer camp experience usually is much more than just one summer week. Experiences gained, friendships built, and memories made last the entire year if not a life time. Every day was filled with creative performing and visual arts workshops, wellness and volleyball practices, educational nature outings, folk dance and games, songs by the fire, of course, and much more.
The camp, initiated by the Kazickas Family Foundation, welcomed many partners who sponsored the children and brought valuable activities to the camp. Everyone at the KFF say Thank You to all who contributed!
