"Bring Together Lithuania," summer internship program initiated and sponsored by the Kazickas Family Foundation, providing Lithuanian diaspora youth with an opportunity to acquire professional skills, meet global Lithuanians and explore Lithuania, says farewell till next summer.
For the 4th year in a row the Kazickas Family Foundation provided the opportunity for the US High school students to spend a year in Lithuania through the ExCEL Abroad program. Students live with a host family, attend a local high school, and engage in activities to learn about Lithuania’s people, culture, and values. By forming lasting relationships within their host community, participants promote mutual understanding between the U.S and Lithuania.

Five years ago today the world said goodbye to a great man, Juozas Kazickas, but his legacy continues through his wisdom and the generosity of his heart.
This year Camp Neringa celebrates 50! Over 25,000 Lithuanian heritage children had a chance to experience summer fun in Vermont and have built friendships for life thanks to the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception who arrived to the US from Lithuania in 1936 and among many other missions, established summer camp for children.
During her trip to Lithuania in June Lucy Kazickas visited Antakalnis Urban Garden. It is a great example of community work. Lucy's daughter Annalina participated in urban gardening community work in South Africa and started questioning if similar projects exist in Lithuania, which led her to Antakalnis Urban Garden.
July 1, 2019 Kaunas Clinics celebrated ten Emergency Medicine graduates: Irma Kucinskiene, Audrius Pakstys, Audrys Kukulskis, Vytenis Masilionis, Marius Ellikas, Sarunas Damalakas, Martynas Gedminas, Simas Rodovicius, Elzbieta Zemaityte and Egle Ragaisyte. After eleven years of hard studies they became only the second EM class in Lithuanian medicine history joining the very first seven last year's EM graduates.

Tuesday, July 2, at 7 pm everyone is invited to the Sacred Music Hours Opening Concert of the Cycle at St. Casimir’s Church (34 Didžioji St, Vilnius). For the sixteenth year in a row the Kazickas Family Foundation provides opportunity to everyone to enjoy a wonderful organ music at the St. Casimir Church in Vilnius. Concerts are free to the public.
