Rokiskis Regional Museum shares that All Souls Day which we commemorate on November 2nd today, years ago lasted from the end of October when all the crops were done all the way till Christmas Eve. This time was not just for remembering the loved ones who passed away, but for spending quality time with the ones who are still with us. It will help deliver the groceries to the elderly in remote areas much faster and easier.
During the Kazickas Family Foundation September 28th meeting it was decided to continue the Alexandra Kazickas Grant Program for the tenth year already. Alexandra Kazickas was deeply committed to the preservation of a Lithuanian identity for young people growing up in the US.
The Coalition of Community Based Heritage Language Schools is inviting everyone to its 8th annual conference. Hosted by American University, the conference for Innovation in Education will be offered online on October 8-9, 2021. The Kazickas Family Foundation is a proud supporter of the conference, as it is a big advocate of the Lithuanian Heritage Schools in the US.

Camp Neringa 2021 Summer Season for families and children was a success! Despite the ongoing pandemic camp staff were able to safely provide so much joy, freedom, healthy activities, learning and growth at our beloved camp Neringa. Every camper had the opportunity to come for one week and it sounded like every camper wanted to stay longer!
The Kazickas Family Sacred Music Hours concerts continue sharing beautiful music with Vilnius residents and guests at the St. Casimir church. Four more concerts are left this season. Tonight, August 24th, one of the most famous organists, Bernhard Gfrerer from Austria, will perform interpretations of R. Wagner, W. A. Mozart, E. Grieg, H. Mulet and others at 7 pm.
